In need of some real estate listing photos? We’ll come out and photograph the interior and exterior of your listing for just $245*. We’ll produce MLS-compliant photos within 24 hours of your session, usually returning them same day!
Need them faster than that? Same-day turnaround (before 5 PM) is available for 200% of the normal fee. Sessions guaranteed for same-day turnaround must be scheduled no later than 10 AM and are subject to availability.
*Homes greater than 2,000 square feet will include an additional surcharge of $10 per additional 100 square feet.
AERIAL PHOTOGRAPHY - $95 Add-on
Who doesn’t love a birds-eye view of your property? Add drone photos to your photo session for an add-on price of $95.
FLOOR PLANS- FREE
Floor plans are now included free with any photo session!
ADU - $75 Add-on
Shooting a property with an accessory dwelling unit? ADUs existing in in their own, separate building are a $75 add-on fee.
GROUND VIDEOGRAPHY - $245*
We’ll make a short, 90-120 second video showcasing the best about your property! You can add a video on to property photos for just an additional $245*.

Drone videography - $95
Aerial views can make a great addition to a video showing off a large property or a home in a beautiful neighborhood! Add drone video onto your video session for an additional $95.
Matterport Virtual Tours
Looking for something to really set you apart from the crowed? We’ll put together a 3D Matterport virtual tour that allows clientele to review the home online as if they were really there! Virtual Tours are now $115 + $0.05 per square foot. An average 1,800 square foot house would cost $205 as an add-on. (Minimum session price of $245 applies)
Tours are hosted online for 3 months, free of charge. After the 3-month mark, there’s a $15 / month fee for continued hosting.

Window Pulls - FREE
Window Pulls are a technique where the outside landscape is made plainly visible as much as the inside house is. While balancing these two lighting extremes is something real estate photographers strive for in all their photos, this technique allows us to do it in a way normally not possible with just a single photo. For that reason, window pulls are a great technique for properties with particularly beautiful views! Please let us know at the time of your booking if you’d like to include this option, as the process is time consuming.
Sky Replacement - FREE!
Sometimes the cloudy skies of Washington just refuse to cooperate, and you still need a blue sky to show off that beautiful property. Never fear! We can replace cloudy skies with blue skies or sunset skies! We no longer charge for this service, all your sky replacements are done free of charge.
Virtual Staging - $40 / Photo
Need to add a little extra something to that one vacant room? Or maybe even the whole house? We work with a digital design agency that will design and digitally insert appropriate furniture and decor to liven up your listing. Cost is $40 per image. Due to the complexity involved, turnaround time on the initial photos and any changes are 1-2 days.
